Aramco: Years of Collaboration Across Digital Products, Creative Technology & Major Events

Aramco is one of Animus Agency’s largest client relationships, with years of collaboration across digital products, software development, UI/UX, event experiences, and visual production. Our involvement often begins while a project is still an idea. We help define its objectives, shape how it can work, and support its development through implementation and launch. We then create the videos and visual materials that explain the product and introduce it to its audience. Alongside this product work, we contribute extensively to major events, including LEAP, through booth design, creative technology, screen content, product presentations, and application explainer videos. Much of this work is confidential. This overview reflects the scope of our collaboration while respecting the privacy of individual projects.
From an Early Idea to a Working Product
A significant part of our work with Aramco starts before there is a finished brief or interface.
At that stage, the task is to understand the problem, establish the project’s objectives, and determine how an idea can become a useful product.
We help shape that direction, connecting the intended outcome with the experience people will use and the technical work needed to deliver it.
Our involvement can continue through design, development, implementation, and release. Once the product is ready, we also support its communication through videos that explain what it does and how it works.
This continuity allows us to carry an understanding of the original purpose through to the final presentation.

Platforms That Help People Work
Some of the work we value most involves exploring how an application or platform can address a practical challenge within Aramco.
These projects begin with questions about the work itself: what people need to accomplish, where a process becomes difficult, and how technology could make it easier.
The product direction develops around those needs. The aim is to create an experience that gives people a clearer, more practical way to complete their work.
For Animus Agency, this is a particularly rewarding part of the collaboration using design and technical development to turn an operational need into a usable digital product.

UI/UX Connected to Development
Our scope includes user experience and interface design, alongside programming and software development.
Working across these areas helps connect what a product needs to achieve with how it behaves. The interface, user journey, and technical implementation all contribute to the same experience.
We approach UI/UX as part of the product’s development, considering how people will navigate it, understand the information presented, and complete its core tasks.
That connection continues into implementation, where design decisions need to translate into working interactions and useful functionality.

Software and AI-Related Projects
Our collaboration also includes contributions to software development and AI-related initiatives.
These assignments bring together product thinking, design, and technical execution. They require an understanding of the intended use, as well as the work needed to make the experience function.
Because many projects are confidential, we cannot share their individual features, internal processes, or technical details. What we can describe is the breadth of our involvement: helping shape ideas, designing interfaces, contributing to development, and supporting the communication of the finished work.

Major Events, Booths & Creative Technology
Alongside digital product development, we work with Aramco across major events and exhibition environments.
Our contributions include booth design, technology within booths, booth videos, large-screen content, and event visuals.
These environments bring physical space, digital content, and technology together. Each element needs to support the presentation and help visitors understand what they are seeing.
Our role spans several of those elements, connecting the visual experience with the products and ideas being introduced.
Booth Design and Technology
We contribute to the design of exhibition booths and the technology experiences within them.
This work considers how the physical environment and its digital elements function together. The booth provides the setting, while screens, applications, and visual content help communicate the project.
Large Screens and Event Visuals
We create screen content and visual materials for major event settings, including the presentation of information and data.
The scale and viewing conditions influence the creative approach. Content needs to remain clear within the space while fitting the wider event presentation.
Product Launches and Explainer Videos
Our event work also connects with application releases and product introductions.
When we have been involved in developing a product, that understanding carries into the explainer video. We can build the communication around its purpose, the problem it addresses, and the experience it provides.
This creates a direct connection between the product work and how it is presented publicly.

An Extensive Contribution at LEAP
LEAP is one example of the breadth of our event collaboration with Aramco.
Our work has covered a substantial range of materials and experiences, from visual content and booth technology to support for application releases and videos explaining digital products.
Delivering across these areas requires coordination between creative production and technical work. Screen content, applications, and product explanations need to feel connected within the event experience.
It is this combination of capabilities that defines much of our contribution: supporting both the technology being presented and the materials that help people understand it.

A Relationship Built on Trust
The confidentiality of many Aramco projects means that some of our most substantial work cannot be shown in a public portfolio.
Respecting that responsibility is part of the relationship.
We are proud of the trust Aramco has placed in us over the years and of the range of projects we have been able to support. The collaboration gives us opportunities to bring our creative and technical capabilities together from early product discussions to working software and major event presentations.
For Animus Agency, Aramco represents an important, ongoing relationship and a body of work we deeply value.
